Hong Kong is part of China. Sri Lanka is not a part of India and is a sovereign state. So hows can we be "Hong Kong of India"?

What does that mean??? This is a free country.Not a collany like Hong Kong . India must be dreaming about that, but we think SL should not be depend on any other country.

The banks should also co-operate to make this dream come true. They should not raise their interest rates to the pontential entrepreneurs who are in need of liquid cash. HSBC should set an example. They should not fleece credit card holders with a whopping interest rate.
